The Reform Taoist Congregation website host (Groupee) automatically collects server log file information (which may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet service provider (ISP) information, referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps, and other information). This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information; it is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Membership

• Personally Identifiable Information

  In order to become a member of the Reform Taoist Congregation website, you will need to supply certain personal information, which is e-mailed directly to — and stored at the discretion of — ("the administrator"). This information includes your name; city, state and country of residence; e-mail address; date of birth; a personal statement of interest in the Reform Taoist Congregation; and any other information that you choose to offer.

Information that you provide for your profile in the Community area of the website is viewable by other Reform Taoist Congregation members. • Age Restrictions

  Membership is not available to individuals who are under 18 years of age. Membership applications submitted by persons under the age of 18 (as determined or reasonably suspected by the administrator) will be rejected without review, and any personal information received by the administrator in connection with such applications will be deleted.

• Correspondence

  The administrator reserves the right to send you e-mail related to your membership in the Reform Taoist Congregation (including general newsletters and announcements), as well as personal messages. (In order to facilitate newsletter and announcement mailings, members' e-mail addresses are added to a private mailing list hosted by Listbox.)

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time. Notice of any change will be posted in the "Updates and Changes" section of the Home page within 24 hours of the change. If you do not agree with all revisions following posting of the notice, then you must discontinue your use of this website within 24 hours of the posting of the notice. Additionally, if you are a member of the Reform Taoist Congregation, then you must inform the administrator of your desire to cancel your membership within 24 hours of the posting of the notice. Once 24 hours have elapsed since the posting of the notice, continued use of this website or failure to notify the administrator of your desire to cancel your membership will constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy, including any and all revisions.
